چکیده

فصل اول پروژه مطالعه باستان‌شناختی فرهنگ زرتشتیان میبد در اردیبهشت سال 1395 به انجام رسید. در این راستا، به صورتی موازی بررسی معمارانه و مطالعه مردم‌نگاری در منطقه صورت گرفت که طی آن با توجه به اهداف پروژه و سؤالات پژوهش اجزایی از فرهنگ مادی منطقه مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. در اینجا گزارش مقدماتی فصل اول در دو بخش ارائه می‌گردد. در ابتدا گزارش بررسی معماری ارائه می‌شود که در آن اهداف بررسی و نتایج مقدماتی آن مورد بحث قرارگرفته‌اند. مطالعه معمارانه در منطقه در راستای روشن کردن الگوهای ساختمان‌سازی و گونه نگاری معمارانه در نسبت به با شرایط زیستی مردم انجام شد. برای دستیابی به این هدف دو دسته کلی از فضا (فضاهای آیینی و فضاهای مسکونی) مورد مطالعه قرار گرفتند. بخش دوم گزارشی از مطالعه مردم نگارانه و نتایج آن است. این مطالعه با هدف دستیابی به درکی کلی از تجربه زیستن و شناخت تاریخی مردم محلی از فرهنگ مادی انجام گرفت. بدین منظور با 9 نفر از اهالی محوطه‌های مورد بررسی با توجه به متغیرهای سن، ‌جنسیت و مذهب مصاحبه صورت گرفت. نتایج حاصل از این بررسی مقدماتی برای دستیابی به چهارچوب‌های اولیه بررسی و مقایسه و تحلیل فصول آینده بررسی در منطقه مورد استفاده قرار خواهند گرفت.

چکیده [English]

A joint program by the University of Tehran and the University of Leicester carried out a first season of archaeological exploration of Zoroastrian societies in Maybod, Yazd province during May 2016 for two weeks. Historical archaeology is still in its infancy in Iran. Due to extensive modernization vast amounts of data have been lost and therefore most research into the recent past can be considered as salvage program.  The aim of this research is to explore some aspects of the social history and ritual activities of the last communities of Zoroastrian societies of Yazd province based on the analysis of architectural layout, archaeological survey of the contemporary villages, interview, and historical records. Here we represent the preliminary report of the survey results of Mazra’e Kalantar and Asr’ Abad villages. In this paper we have clarified the architectural patterns and the typology of buildings of Zoroastrian communities. We have analyzed two different buildings types of religious and domestic spaces of Mazra’e Kalantar and Asr’ Abad villages. The second part of this paper is focused on the ethnographic results in order to achieve a holistic understanding of life experience based on the historical knowledge of local people.
