In this paper, the qualitative and quantitative result of chemical composition of glaze (case study: multicolored tile, probably from Safavied era) is presented through X-ray microprobe analysis (XPMA) and without sampling. Results of this analysis demonstrate the possibility of recognition of major, minor and trace elements in glaze and their amounts, through fast, nondestructive, accurate and facile method. The data obtained from this analysis point to that these glazes can classified in lead glaze group and calcium oxide has flux role in the composition. Colorants such as turquoise blue (copper oxide), yellow (with the presence of iron oxide in the vicinity of calcium oxide) and bright green (chromium oxide), indicate that firing atmosphere of glaze was oxidation environment. Also, characterization of mineralogical and chemical composition of this sample was carried out through elemental, phases and thermal analysis (XRF, XRD, and STA) and petrography. The results indicate that firing temperature of tile body has been 800 – 850℃ in oxidation condition.}, keywords = {archaeometry,nondestructive testing (NDT),XPMA,chemical composition,glaze}, title_fa = {ارزیابی استفاده از آنالیز میکروپروب اشعه ایکس (XPMA) به‌عنوان روش غیرتخریبی در شناسایی ترکیب شیمیایی لعاب‌های تاریخی}, abstract_fa = {بررسی و ارزیابی ویژگیهای آثار تاریخی و اجزای تشکیل‌دهندهی آن‌ها با توجه به زمینههای ساختارشناسی، فنشناسی و  آسیبشناسی به کمک آنالیزهای غیرمخرب (NDT)، ازجمله حوزههای موردتوجه و حائز اهمیت در باستانسنجی بهشمار    میرود. در این پژوهش، نتایج بررسی ترکیب شیمیایی لعاب کاشی هفت‌رنگ به‌احتمال متعلق به دوره‌ی صفوی، با استفاده از روش آنالیز میکروپروب پراش اشعه ایکس (XPMA) بهصورت کیفی و کمّی و بدون نمونهبرداری از اثر، ارائه شده است. دادههای حاصل از این روش آنالیزی، امکان شناسایی نوع عناصر اصلی، فرعی و کمیاب تشکیل‌دهنده‌ی لعاب و درصد آن‌ها، همچنین مقدار ترکیب اکسیدی اتمهای موجود را بدون هیچ‌گونه عارضه‌ی تخریبی، با دقت، سهولت و سرعت بالا فراهم میآورد. با توجه به  دادههای حاصل از این آنالیز، میتوان اظهار داشت که این لعابها از دستهی لعابهای سربی بوده و اکسید کلسیم بهعنوان  کمکذوب در ترکیب آن‌ها استفاده شده است. همچنین براساس اکسیدهای رنگساز شناسایی شده در رنگهایی چون آبی فیروزهای (با حضور اکسید مس)، زرد (با حضور اکسید آهن در مجاورت اکسید کلسیم) و سبز روشن (اکسید کروم) که در محیط اکسیداسیون رنگهای مذکور را ایجاد میکنند، محیط پخت لعاب نیز در اتمسفر اکسیداسیون بوده است. شناسایی مواد تشکیل‌دهنده‌ی ساختار نمونه‌ی موردمطالعه از طریق آنالیزهای عنصری، فازی، حرارتی (XRF، XRD، STA) و پتروگرافی انجام گرفت که حاکی از محیط پخت اکسیداسیون و محدودهی دمای پخت 800 – 850 درجه سانتیگراد بدنه است. }, keywords_fa = {archaeometry,nondestructive testing (NDT),XPMA,chemical composition,glaze}, url = {https://jarcs.ut.ac.ir/article_65677.html}, eprint = {https://jarcs.ut.ac.ir/article_65677_50a157d7419f1dbf7dd039c4452708b8.pdf} }
