The tendencies of society for acquiring science and craft, great attention of caliphs and fond-of-science families, the very existence of numerous libraries, cheap price of paper and etc., were of the reasons of Muslims’ overall attention to translating skills. Such attention led to the transition of past nations’ legacies to Islamic nations and from there to west. But what consequences has been this transition between the Western and Islamic nations? The purpose of this research is to consider the consequences of the transition of science to Islamic and west lands and nations. For this research, descriptive-analytical research method is followed and study method is library-based and such conclusion was reached: the confrontation of Muslims with the people of defeated lands, translation movement began to start and numerous books of different languages were translated into Arabic. On the other hand, west too, benefited from the advantages of translation and its own and other nations’ cultural transition which smoother the path for the arrival of Cultural Renaissance.}, keywords = {Translation,Islamic Caliphate,Umayyad,Abbasid,Western lands}, title_fa = {ترجمه در خلافت اسلامی و تأثیر آن در انتقال علوم به سرزمین‌های غربی}, abstract_fa = {یکی از مهارت‌های قابل‌توجه نزد مسلمانان، ترجمه بود. نیاز جامعه‌ی اسلامی به فراگیری علوم و فنون، توجه خلفا و خاندان‌های علاقه‌مند به فرهنگ و دانش، وجود کتابخانه‌های بسیار، ارزانی کاغذ و... از دلایل توجه مسلمانان به فنّ ترجمه بود. این توجه موجب انتقال میراث ملل به جهان اسلام و سپس غرب شد. بدین‌گونه هدف این پژوهش، بررسی ترجمه در خلافت اسلامی (عصر اموی و عباسی) و انتقال آن به سرزمین‌های غربی است. مسلمانان پس از سال‌ها پیشرفت‌ علمی – به‌ویژه در زمان هارون‌الرشید و مأمون عباسی- به‌تدریج مبانی علمی خود را به سرزمین‌های غربی منتقل کردند. اما خود، کم‌کم دچار رکود و رخوت علمی شدند. حال به‌نظر می‌رسد باتوجه به نیاز مسلمانان به بیداری و رشد علمی، این پژوهش با پاسخگویی به این پرسش که چگونه ترجمه در خلافت اسلامی، موجب انتقال علوم به سرزمین‌های غربی شد، قصد تبیین توانایی علمی مسلمانان در گذشته را دارد. نگارنده مسئله‌ی مزبور را با روش پژوهش توصیفی- تحلیلی و شیوه‌ی مطالعه‌ی کتابخانه‌ای مورد بررسی قرار داد و به این نتیجه دست یافت: در رویارویی میان مسلمانان و مردم سرزمین‌های مفتوحه، نهضت ترجمه پا گرفت و بسیاری از کتب سرزمین‌های مختلف به عربی ترجمه شد. از سوی دیگر غرب نیز از موهبت ترجمه مسلمانان بهره برد و بدین‌گونه راه را برای رنسانس فرهنگی خود گشود.}, keywords_fa = {ترجمه,خلافت اسلامی,اموی,عباسی,سرزمین‌های غربی}, url = {https://jarcs.ut.ac.ir/article_65655.html}, eprint = {https://jarcs.ut.ac.ir/article_65655_abeeb14f62f400ee2a269cea040fd2b7.pdf} }
